i have a problem a couple of months ago i have...
i have a problem a couple of months ago i have sinusitis but still i have sometimes short of breath.. i lost my sleep now lack of sleep theres something bothering iN my mind. im overly tired my muscles is in pain.. sometimes i gonna fell im heart attack at night i heard my heart in my ear.. my back.. my stomache also is crampling.. my head i fell heavy. my eyes when you blink its hurt.. anf turn to red...how can you help me?

no... now nothing only i took medicine for hypertension.

well for your sinusities and to help you to breath well you must take the following drug :
- nasonex spray
- fluxonase inhalor
- sulbatamiol tabs 3 times daily a bronchodilator
- if all not work you must do surgical excision of medial wall of maxillary or ethmoid sinuses
for your abdominal pain :
you must avoid take pain killer from NSAID as brufen in over dose as it may cause gastric ulcer and gastrieties
in general take nexium 40 mg once daily
and buscopan 3 tabs daily
for chills and heart attack:
1st of all you must do ECG and cardiac echo to exclude out any valve disease and cardiomyopathy
in general take indral one tab daily
concor 5 mg one tab daily
and it may need catherization
for chills you must use pelefergan IV insertion
for other problems :
-pandol joint 3 times daily for joint pain
- panadol night 2 tabs before bed time to help you get sleep
and i advised you to do :
-CBC
- Iron profile
as your all symptoms come from iron defeciency anemia which treated by ferroglobin tab once daily
and ferroinject by iv fluied
