Treatment of leg pain

at first you should do the clinical examination to detect the cause , if ther is an inflammation you can take celecoxib 200mg once daily for aweek , if there is muscle spasm you can take relaxone 3 times daily , and for pain you can take ibuprofen  600mg twice daily or as needed , and you should avoid heavy exercise , and apply cold compresses 

Diagnosis

 by taking full history and doing clinical examination , omplete blood count , ESR , CRP , Rheumatoid factor , calcium level , blood glucose level and MRI and X-ray
