its define feels as if one or more surrodingare moving when there is no actual movment may be due to rae infection need amoxacillin250 mg twice daily for 5 days and cataflam to decrease fever , may be due to benign condation need menauvar such as start sitting on abed then turn head 45 degree then quickly lie back keep head turned then turn head 90 degree wihout rise it then body and head 90 degree then sit up on left side , may be take medication such as meclizine but not long times , may be this condation due to inflamation on inner ear need heigh dose steroid
diagnosis
exam by doctors and ask to make cbc as anemia cause it and ESR as marker for inflamation and ct or mri for brain , need to exam ear
