They arrested me for social disturbing with liquor...

We would like to inform you that the matter of your return depends on the reason for the release. If the complaint is closed, then you will not be arrested again unless the act is repeated by you. As for if you were released on bail, and the complaint was reviewed, it is possible that the complaint will be transferred to the court and you will be arrested again for that. Therefore, you shall follow up  the status of the complaint and find out whether it was closed or not.
