Good day I was under my husbands visa before....

Good day I was under my husbands visa before. When I got a new job, the company asked me to cancel my husbands visa so they can process my visa under their sponsorship. I canceled my husbands visa end August 2019. I signed an offer letter and a document from MOHRE. I really don’t know what happened but the visa did not come out and the company is always promising me that it’s under process and it will come out very soon. Then came January 2020 when I was called to go to the office and they had me sign a new offer letter and February they had me sign another MOHRE document with the new offer stated. I have been actively making a follow up but as usual they always say that it will come out in a week or two until the lockdown happened. I’ve been contacting the person in charge and the person who hired me and they’re answer is they will get back with me. My passport is with them. What will I’do? And will I get fined if I decide to withdraw my employment with them? Can I demand that they pay for whatever fines I have incurred during the months that I’m without visa and can i ask them for settlement? What can I do. Thank you
