Hi mam I very disappointed , my company is going for downsizing and I understand the condition but they are not doing this fairly. They just reduce staff as there wish Which is not good with them. They didn't follow any criteria no rules . Is it fair mam , is this is not the human rights violence . Plz mam I want your reply . Thanks
