Why my throat infection not going until two weeks...

What is the cause of your medical condition ?
in this case , usually its only caused by throat irritation , and its not related to infection 
what to do next ?
1. drink plenty of warm fluids 
2. eat honey and lemon and ginger or make it as a drink
3. avoid smoking 
what if its lasts longer or got worse :
1. take allerfin 1 pill daily
2. take IVY syrup 
3. if its lasts another for another week , consult an ENT doctor
