i was 20 year under medication for high b/p
the medicament was coversil tab 5 mg
for last 15 days i am not taking this medicine
what could be the reason to go down the bp

for the last 2 years i have been taking coversil 5 mg for high bprecently noticed low bp like 100/60 , 90/55now have stoped medicine but bp is not improving muchsome times it shows 90/50what could be the reason

Treatment of low blood pressure in hypertensive patient
It is common complaint due to many factors and causes. Firstly, it is good that your pressure is not elevated highly thus you can prevent and avoid complications. It is good to stop your blood pressure drugs these days till follow up your level of blood pressure. Increase your intake of water and fluids to elevate it mildly. Visit your doctor for follow up
Investigations to do
measure your blood pressure twice daily for two weeks for follow up. Ask for CBC to exclude anemia. Measure hormonal levels of aldosterone and cortisol. Abdominal US also is necessary
