Yeah am working in dhl and today they suspend me...

We would like to inform you that if your inquiry is related to suspension from work, here is the following information:
The Kuwaiti Labor Law has granted the employer the right to suspend the worker from work provided that there is an investigation with the worker and also stipulates that the suspension period not exceed ten days.
If the employer violates this, the worker can file a complaint with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.
Here is the text of the Kuwaiti Labor Law related to your inquiry:
Article 39:
The worker may be suspended from work during the period of investigation conducted by the employer or his representative provided that it does not exceed than 10 days. In the event where the investigation is completed and the employee is not held liable for any violation, he shall be paid his remuneration for the period of suspension.
