Good evening, on February 6th 2020, I had a car accident and have two slipped discs and deterioration of the spine, which I found out at the hospital. I was having horse riding lessons and started a package of 10 lessons (I had only used one) and contacted the equestrian center sustainable city to tell them I could not continue the lessons on the advice from my doctor (I also have SLE). The equestrian Centre has been terrible and ignored my calls , text and emails. Finally they agreed to refund me the money on March 24. They asked for police report, doctors reports etc and I sent them copies. I have sent them my bank account details. They are still ignoring my texts and emails. What can I do?
