Hi Maha, good morning.I am Bahraini and serving my notice period. My employer has to pay me my annual leave salary, but he is saying he will pay only basic salary and home allowance, transport allowance which is 300/- BHD he will not pay. Is it permissible for employer to deduct the transport allowance from annual leave settlement.

We would like to inform you that regarding the loan, if you did not pay it, it is possible that your funds will be seized or you will be put into jail, so we advise you to resolve the matter amicably with the bank through:
1) Requesting a settlement
2) Requesting a reschedule.
3) Transfer the debt to another bank
As for the deduction from the salary by the employer, this matter is illegal, so we recommend the following:
1) submit complaint to the labor committee
2) File a lawsuit before the judicial authorities, and these cases are free
