What is the medical treatment for migraines :
1. common pain killers such as paracetamol and aspirin or caffaine 
2. ( specified medication for migraines ) nasal spray or oral  such as Ergotamine and Sumatriptan 
- 50 % of the time , common pain killers works just enough to relieve migraine symptoms 
- patient should be caution during using medication , and make sure not to over taking them to avoid cause over-taking painkillers related headaches  
Advices about coping with migraines :
1. consult your doctor every now and then
2. avoid stress 
3. have a regular sleep pattern and sleep and rest enough
4. exercise 
5. avoid smoking 
6. avoid alcohol and chocolete , and any known trigger for migraines
