If I suffer from chronic constipation, despite regularly eating fruits and vegetables and litres and litres of water, what can I eat or drink to help with movement? I've tried coconut oil, apple cider vinegar and lemon water but they don't seem to help. The gas, bloating and constipation still persist.

Nutritional advice to get rid of constipation:
Avoid sources of caffeine, such as coffee, tea, nescafe, and soft drinks.
Avoid milk and cheese products as much as possible, especially on an empty stomach.
- Movement and stay away from inactivity completely, continuously and daily.
Eat more than one small meal per day, for example 5-6 small meals, instead of 3 large meals.
Eat enough vegetables and fruits with their peels.
Eat foods rich in fiber, such as legumes, oats and whole grains.
Avoid fried foods and replace them with grilled and boiled.
- Reducing or dispensing of added spices to foods.
Eat fiber such as brown bread and oatmeal on an empty stomach in the morning.
Drink warm water on an empty stomach.
Eat slowly and chew well.
Drink water in suitable quantities daily and continuously during the day, at least 12 cups
