I've had trouble passing stool for over a month...

I've had trouble passing stool for over a month now. I'm constantly bloated and I can constantly feel gas moving around in my stomach which frequently hurts. No matter what I eat or drink (fresh fruits, vegetables, coconut oil, litres and litres of water) i still face this problem. Even if i do go, it only comes out a bit. It's either hard or like glue and somehow always comes out something like diarrhoea. Movicol and fibre gel powders doesn't work anymore, laxatives don't work well anymore either. I even drink warm lemon water with apple cider vinegar all day, but this just causes cramps and more bloating but nothing passes. I don't know what to do anymore since nothing seems to be working and I'm starting to feel sluggish with no energy. Is there anything else I can try at home?
