What might be the cause of your symptoms ?
Actually there are different causes for your condition and one of them is a heart problem such as heart faliure or angina. Other causes might be anemia, hypertension and/or diabetes
What are the needed tests ?
You should see a cardiologist to assess your condition by history taking and physcial examination. Complete blood count shuld be done to assess the level of hemoglobin in your blood. ECG and Echocardiogram should be done to assess the function of the heart muscles. Furthermore, measuring the level of blood sugar as well as the cholestero levels
What is the treatment ?
You should know that the treatment depends on the cause, that's why you should see the doctor in order to reach the diagnosis, then you will be treated accordingly. For example, if you hav anemia then ferrous sulphate tabs, folic acid or vitamin B-12 tabs will be prescribed. In case of heart ptoblem, there are different medications that can be used such as beta blockers, ACE ihnibitors and others according to your condition. Furthermore, you should get enogh rest and try to avoid any physical or emotional stress. You should also drink enough amounts of water at least 2 liter per day
