h pylori is one of the causes of heart burn after meal so medication to be use as following :omeprazole 20 mg +clarithromycin 500 mg +amoxacillin 500 mg twice daily for 14 days and then continues on omperazole just this regemin is the last updated and very effective if complain allargy from pencillin use metronidazole if this regmin not afective add bismuth
