As per company's policy they asked for 1month notice period..that means after giving resignation I should work for 30days more for them? Because I want to join with government team for temporary basis for covid 19..

We would like to inform you that as for the termination of your employment contract in the probation period, if your employment contract is indefinite, you shall give a notice to the employer before 30 days from the date of leaving the work, thus it is considered legal termination and you may transfer to another job. But if your employment contract is definite, in this case you shall wait until the end of the contract and you may not leave work and transfer to another work unless the employer violates the labor law
