My company has cheated me on my final settlement...

My company has cheated me on my final settlement amount, they have added unwanted amount to my salary advance and are asking me to pay them instead of they paying me. I have all proof in form of statement to prove that there has been fraud in my account. I have not signed my exit form till date.My wife who worked with me her maternity leave was not paid as promised, due to these issues I have lost a lot of money and my credit scores have been damaged, my daughter lost one year of schooling (Grade 9) my son was not issued books in grade 10 by my school I worked for because I could not afford to pay upfront and later charged me AED 550 only for note books. Past 3 years we as a family have gone through hell and they also threw us out of the company accommodation. I need help

I worked as a teacher in a school, My wife also worked with me, inspite of several request for labor card they did not provide hence she left and joined another school, due to the unwanted billing in school I also resigned now they are trying to cheat me on my settlement ammount

They refused to give my final settlement amount in writing but I did not budge or accept to sign my exit form, hence they send me by mail, but what they said first and what they sent to me by mail is completely different. I have all the evidence in form of mails and school account ledger.

We would like to inform you that If the company does not give you the financial entitlements of termination the employment contract, you may file a complaint at the Ministry of Labor explaining what the company did of not granting you the financial entitlements and any other things that the company has committed against you. The concerned authority will investigate the complaint and compel the company to pay all your financial rights. As there is no provision in the Labor Law obliges you to pay money to your company. Finally, we note that the UAE Labor Law has obliged the worker who breaks the employment contract before its end to pay compensation to the employer not more than a salary of a month and a half.
Here are the texts of the UAE Labor Law relating to your inquiry:
Article (116):
Where a contract is revoked by the worker for reasons other than those stipulated in Article (121), he shall be required to compensate the employer for any damage the latter sustains as a result, provided that the amount of compensation shall not exceed half a month wage for three months or for the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
Article (121):
A worker may leave work without notice in one of the following cases:
1- If the employer violates his obligations before the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.
2- If the employer or his legal representative signs an assault on the worker.

I have served my notice in full, I am clear from my side.My point is I need a proper compensation for what I have lost. They have fraudulently amended my financial statement and made me pay in excess and now they are demanding more, this is a school.My daughter lost one year of education because they refused to give her books and wanted the fees first.The reason we were unable to pay was because my wife was forced to take unpaid leave for one year because of her maternity by my employer.what should I do ? there are more issues I am just giving a small piece, We have been through hell in 3 years

The complaint must be submitted to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, as it is the authority responsible for examining labor complaints.
With an explanation of all the damage that happened to you.
Until the judge rules in your favor to compensate for those damages

Thank you for the prompt response, how do I approach The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, can you please guide me. what are the documents I need to submit, Is there anything else I need to know before I proceed and how long will this take to resolve.
