- Eat well balanced and healthy diet that include essential nutrients .
- Take Antipyretic as Paracetamol for the fever every 4-6 hours .
- Treatment of any underlying condition as Bacterial infection such as Augmentin1gm twice daily for 10 days for tonsillitis .
- If your symptoms presisted you have to consult your doctor .
