We would like to inform you that you can file a complaint against the company at the Labor Office and request the payment of end of service benefits and airline tickets
Whereas, according to the Federal Labor Law in the United Arab Emirates, that a worker who has completed one or more years of continuous service shall be entitled to severance pay at the end of his employment. The days of absence from work without pay shall not be included in calculating the period of service.
At the expiry of the contract, the employer shall bear the expenses of returning the worker to the authority from which he imported it or to any other place that the parties have agreed upon.
The return expenses are the value of his travel ticket, as well as the worker's contract or the facility's system may stipulate that the worker is entitled to his family travel expenses and the expenses of shipping his luggage.

my notice period completed as on 17 04 2020 and company not yet paid my eos. dor sure company pay my eos but what about the expense like living cost and others after 17 04 2020

You can file a complaint at the Labor Office regarding your dues and expense that the company did not pay if the work contract expired

my question company will make the payment of my eos with delay. they are delaying my cheque to set the example for other employees who want to disagree with salary deduction.

i am paying rent and food expenses and unable to go back home country.....any law prevailing in which i claims these amount of excess to end of service

If there is delay in paying the End Of Services "EOS", and that caused damages for you, then you can apply a request to force the company to pay the EOS and compensate you for the damage that affected you due to the payment delay.

You can file  a complaint in the Labor Office. For the related law is the Labor Law which states the entitlement for the end of services benefit.

In regard to compensation due to the delay in paying your end of services, that is floor the general rules in the Civil Law.

The compensation request is attached with the request for getting the end of services benefits and other dues, that once the complaint is referred to the Labor Court.
