In the time of Corona virus Out break in ABU DHABI, if the worker want to go back to his country and he just came in ABU DHABI two and half month ago , will he have to pay to company for the visa which the company gave him, if the worker came to ABU DHABI on pipe operator visa but he is working as a Safety Supervisor or QC or PTW receiver and this is not in the contract but employer said to do this work

If your contract is for a fixed period, it is not permissible to terminate it before the end of its term.
