what is the cause of itchy ears and swallen face ?

1. if you have an ear infection 
2. if you were stung by a insect
3. a dental abscess
4. trigeminal neuralgia 
5. cellulitis 

what are the treatment options ?
to relief the itch the primary treatment is done antihistamin agent to relief the itch such as citrizine and an anti inflammatory non steroidal drug such as declofenac to relief the pain and reduce the sensation of itch  and then it goes on according to the cause so if the cause is dental abscess then a surgical drian is a must plus an antibiotics such as augmentin
what are the diagnostic tests ?
the doctor will exam the patient clinically and take his past medical history then do a complete blood count for the detection of inflammation or infection and he might order a c-reactive protien test to check for infection and also in case of dental infection or abscess is suspected then the doctor will do panoramic screen or ct screen for the teeth
