Greetings, I have a question regarding my case

We would like to inform you that according to the Criminal Procedures Law No. 35 of 1992, and the Federal Penal Code, first, the punishment is determined according to the result of the investigation and the circumstances with which the crime was committed, and the court for trial.
According to the law it is forbidden to take photos and videos of other people without taking permission from them, because doing this is a crime.
According to Decree No. 5 of 2012 related to the law of electronic crime, residents who violate the privacy of others can face a fine of photography in the UAE that ranges between 150 and 500 thousand AED, in addition to imprisonment for a period of at least one year.
Moreover, such actions are considered a major crime committed by some for the purpose of fun and entertainment without knowing that they will be subject to legal prosecution.
That's including the governmental and police places, so it is expected to impose a fine against you estimated by the court without any penalty against you.

It is related with the Prosecution investigation and the position you took photos for, you have to submit approval to the court that you didn't intend to do something bad but you are well-meaning, in order to aviod being jailed, but only fine.
