Hello. I started having dry mouth since 5 weeks...

what is the treatment for difficult swallowing acid reflux dry mouth and upper abdominal pain that is radiating to the back ?
the treatment primerly is antacid drugs such as ppi ( omeprazole 40 mg once daily ) then a trabitional pain killer is gien such  as acetaminophin (500 mg 3 times a day ) in some other case the treatment might be surgical ( like when you have a gallbladder infection or stones )
what are the possible causes of upper abdominal pain that radiates to the back + acid reflux ?

• peptic ulcer disease 
• pancreatitis 
• cholesystitis 
• enlarged spleen or liver 
• fatty liver
• pancreatic or gastric or liver cancer 
• chest infection ( lower lobes pneumonia )

the full medical history and clinical examination that is done by the doctor in such cases , ultrasound of the abdomin to rule out surgical causes, a liver enzymes test by blood such as ALT AST and ALP + billirubin total and direct , chest xray , computer tomopgraphy scan in case an abdominal tumor or a pancriatitis are suspected and a stool analysis to check for h.pylori antigen test in the stool na at last a pancreatic enzyme test ( serum lipase and serum amylase )
