usually period comes every 28 days in general , and the bleeding lasts for about 4-6 days , and may be accompanied with many symptoms , and most common symptoms are :

1. pain killers such as naproxin ( oral ) 
2. machines to relieve period pain such as LIVIA 
- for headache , you can also use ibuprofen

1. avoid stress sources 
2. apply hot bots or hot patchs on lower abdomin area 
3. usually the first 3 days are the worst , pay attention to this days and have plenty of rest
