We would like to inform you that the labor law did not regulate leaves due to death and did not mention regarding the annual leave which requires the worker to complete a year to obtain a sick leave after 3 months have passed since work started, and therefore death leave is considered one of the annual leaves but it is possible to exclude obtaining a condolence leave with the approval of the labor office and it will not refuse your request for a humanitarian situation.
