Last 2 weeks before i am suffering from kidney...

You have to do a few tests in the nearest medical center if this condition persisted or was accompanied by other symptoms such as painful urination and abnormal discharge, otherwise, it might be normal in cold weather or in stressful situations. You have to avoid eating unhealthy food, salt and pepper and to take Antispasmodic such as scobutyl to pain with Analgesic such as Ibuprofen and drugs such as Cystone three time daily for stones . You have to do tests which include urine testing , if the test was positive for infection , your doctor will prescribe Antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin500 twice daily for 10 days  .
In some cases it needs surgery : Large stones .
Symptoms that require medical attention and follow up :

• High fever .
• Frequent urination .
• Abdominal pain .
• Back pain .
• Dysuria.

• Dehydration.
• Infection of the urinary bladder.
• Stones.
• Kidney stones .
• Other causes .

Clinical assessment in the nearest medical center for any abnormal signs such as discharge, and Urine Analysis and Ultrasound of the abdomen for infection and stones .
