we would like to inform you that There is a legal issue in the Ministry that all Visa are allowed to stay in Qatar with out renewing or extending the visa when expired due to covid lockdown.
the decision to exempt from fines for overstay includes everyone, as the official circles are currently closed due to fighting the Corona epidemic, which makes it difficult to extend, renew or even cancel the visa.
