Do I have the right to file case. To Dunia finance my outstanding to them is 117,000 credit card which was converted to loan they threatened me to file police case so I agreed to their settlement which was 4009 monthly payment for 120 months where in they made I tried to pay them monthly by I missed some payments so they bounced my cheque and was detained and paid fine for the case they have filed against me. They have also access to my salary account as direct debit where in almost everyday they are deducting 4009 and when my salary came 4009 is automatically deducted to my account I have also loan with my bank so almost nothing left to my family. I tried to ask my bank to stop or deny dunia's direct debit but according to the bank only dunia can stop the direct Debit. Also my outstanding to them is increasing even though they are able to deduct 4009. My outstanding now is 190,000 and they are threatening me again that they will bounce another cheque as well as inform my manager if I will not pay all my outstanding loan.
