It is not permissible for you to obtain a license as long as it has not passed for your work at least six months, nor can you also terminate the work contract individually and without the employer's approval, as the UAE labor law has stipulated that the worker pay compensation to the employer and the value shall not exceed a maximum salary and a month and a half, in addition to the employer's right to request a ban against the worker if the worker terminates the contract illegally.
