Iam Roan Manguera with QID No 29160815341, currently working at Mr.Quick company, I would like to ask for your help because my manager/sponsor forced me to sign a termination letter for the reason that I dont want to be deployed as Kadama. They will give me until May 1, 2020 to stay in our accomodation and also harassing me and told me to buy my own ticket going back to Philippines.They deduct 30% in my March salary and this April they said that they will only give 50%.I would like to ask for help to get NOC so I can apply other company.

What the employer has done is unlawful behavior, so it is not permissible to force the worker to submit his resignation, so we advise you to do the following:
