My was employee of f&b industry, my visa was cancelled 1 week early than my end of contract. My grace period is 1 month already and my company just want to give me small portion of my final settlement. When I complained to Tas heel my manager stop from contacting me. What can i do. I am now in visit visa due to covid

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
