This is in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Law No. (21) of 2015 regulating the entry and exit of expatriates and their residence, which states that:
An expatriate who has been authorized to enter or reside for a specific purpose or to work in a specific destination must not violate the purpose for which he was authorized, or to leave work with his applicant, or to work for an agency that is not authorized to do so.
It is not considered contrary to the purpose of the residence permit to practice the expatriate, with the approval of the competent authority, some of the administration’s work in the company in which he is a partner and is authorized to sign for it.
