Good Morning, I have two questions as follows: 1. How do get my family members QID renewed ? If I do it online how do the QIDs get delivered? Can I provide the delivery address ? 2. I met with an accident recently with another car. It was his mistake. I could not register the complaint through Metrash2 as the other party did not have a valid insurance . After a couple of days I could get access to Wakra police station to register the complaint but the other party is absconding and is not responding. How do I get the report in this scenario? Please also be informed the policemen at the Wakra police station does not allow me to talk to an official. Kindly advise
