I have pain in my ear with infection puss coming

 take ogmine 500 mmg three time daily for 5 days and take analgesics like IBUPROFEN three times daily to relieve pain.
Also, you can use Gentamycin ear drops three times daily to relieve any inflammation in your area.
Investigations to do
You can ask for CBC to see the level of WBCs which increased in inflammation and infections of ears. Also ,you can ask your ENT doctor for examination of ear by a scope to clarify any causes like foreign body and infections of ear.
