It is advised to start taking folic acid 3 months when you plan to get pregnancy, and continue taking it in the first 3 moths of pregnancy

It depends on your calcium level and your nutritional status, and in general you can taking calium after the first trimester for 2-3 months if there is no medical condition that needs to take it more or less.
