Hi - i had signed a MOU to purchase an apartment...
Hi - i had signed a MOU to purchase an apartment in Dubai. The MOU expires on 30th April with the valuation of the property only scheduled for Thursday 30th April with the results of the valuation to be provided the following week. I wanted to know if i am legally allowed to withdraw from the transaction and have my deposit cheque redunded? Thank you.
