I have throat pain no cough no flu no head pain...

What is the treatment of throat pain ?
NSAIDs such as ibuprofen 400mg 3 times daily
antihistamin drugs like cetrizine 10mg once daily
Drinking fluids, such as water or juice.
Avoid cigarette smoke and polluted air.
Use ogmin 500mg tablets every 8 hours for 5 days in case of fever and tonsillitis by examination
Always use water and salt to  and gargle and take care of your teeth thoroughly every day
What are the symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection ?
fever
cough
nasal congestion
sore throat
What tests should you do?
examination of the mucous membranes by a doctor
complete blood count
  x-ray
