We would like to inform you that you may check the employment contract to see if it is definite or indefinite at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation
f the work contract is limitedif the contract is terminated by the employer, then he is liable to compensate the worker for the loss he obtained as a result of the termination of the contract, provided that the amount of the compensation shall not exceed half a month wage for three months or for the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter, otherwise otherwise mandated in the contract.
in the unlimited contract Employer can terminate the contract after notifying the worker before a month not more than 3 months. If the employer did not complain with the notice then he must pay instead of the notice period and the compensation must be as the worker wage for that period full of part of it.
