Hello Sir, I am Raja here. I got a promotion from RAK bank for paying oman insurance through their card and they promised a big amount if I invest for 5 years. But after 2 years the auto debit stopped because my card got renewed and there was a default for 4 months. Meanwhile, Oman insurance cancelled the policy and di not refund me the money which was nearly 9600dhs. RAK BANK also ignored and they didn't refund it. How can I file a complaint. It is almost 7 years now so is it still valid?

You can file a complaint with the Central Bank with a reference to the facts in detail and you can submit the complaint through the following link: Submit a complaint to the Central Bank
and if you do not benefit from the complaint, you can file a lawsuit with the judiciary

My wife was a partner in a LLC company but neither she was a signatory nor her name in the company trade licence. But we invested in that company which was dealing in chemicals, the MD of the company got into trouble and the company went bankrupt. He defaulted payment for the warehouse and certain suppliers of chemicals and was in jail. The trade licence expired in April 2016 and I wonder if there's a problem for my wife and how to legally get out her name from the company

We would like to inform you that if your wife isn't registered in the Company Commercial Record, and she didn't sign on the company set-up contract. Therefore, her responsibility is only including dealing with the company, so the contracts shall be signed by the company. So, the case will be filed against the company not your wife. She will not bear the company responsibility unless she caused damage, so she will be investigated. Otherwise, she will not be asked about the company debts as she is not registered in the commercial record and didn't sign the establish contract for the company.
