Treatment of stomach ache
It is common complaint due to many factors and causes at first avoid foods types exacerbate pain. Also, you can take analgesic like scobutyle tabs three times daily to relieve pain. Also you can take metronidazole 500 mg twice daily for one week.
Investigations to do
Measure your blood pressure also. CBC for wbcs and stool analysis to exclude amebiasis and other infectious causes.
