I had issue with company that I orderd eyeglasses...
I had issue with company that I orderd eyeglasses from since March and they still didn't send it, they claimed that shipping is stopped but when I checked with DHL they say it's working and shipping is available. So I asked them to use DHL on my own expense they ignored. Then I posted on review website about there service they get in touch with me and said that they have exception to process but will not give my order to DHL unless I remove my review. Can they do that?

We would like to inform you that all deals in the country related with shipping are stopped dur to the lock-down and emergency situation because of Corona virus. Therefore, keeping or removing the review will not make difference now, that requires to wait till this situation over and everything returns normal such as shipping offices as there is strict control by the country security.

Thank you for your reply! My question about the company bargaining that they will not deliver my item which paid fully unless I remove the comment first? Can do act like this

Please kindly note that the employer must return all of your goods and the matter must not be suspended on anything or any extortion from the employer, so you can file a complaint in front of the labor office to obtain the full rights Thank you
