Hi,
I am experiencing nose congestion and shorten of breath for the last few weeks. Not sure if its because of the temperature as I am 24/7 under AC. My age is 29 and I am a smoker. Smoking may be causing this but I am not sure. Please suggest

What is the treatment of nose congestion and shortness of breath ?
Avoid any stimuli that cause nasal irritation, such as dust and perfume. Next:
Drink hot natural herbs such as anise, chamomile and other natural herbs.
Use of anti-allergic therapy before bedtime Loratadine 10mg 1x1.
Treatment such as Fluticasone nasal spray to relieve allergies significantly.
STOP SMOKING

Headache.
Eye allergy .
Eye redness.
