Abdominal pain in pregnancy is very common and perhaps the most important cause is urinary tract infections ,treatment need alot of water about 2l in day and stop salts also consider medication such as nitrofurantin 50 mg oraly twice daily in acute cystits,or ceftriaxone 500 mg twice daily in acute pyelonephritis this medication to prevent vomplication as preterm labor
