My husband hit the vehicle (accident) & victim died on the spot, but my husband didn’t see he just heard some sound only,. He just came to house & slet. After 2 hrs a call came from COD & told him to attend to the Capital police Dept, (they instructed don’t drive so he went with our son). Now 15 days he is in Capital. May be he presented in the court today. Case found by CID. My husband couldn’t see the accident (by mistake). My question posted earlier
