Cause and treatment of pain at the site of the old bullet:
Pain usually comes from muscle spasm, or if the site is so narrowed or scared from th fibrous inflammatory process that would involve the nearby nerves.
Treatment usually relay mainly on symptoms; if you can adapt them with simple analgesics such as paracetamol or NSAIDs, it would be ok and you can try Naproxin, Trufeen 600 mg, Diclophin or celecox and others
, but if not you should visit a surgeon for its extraction
Diagnosis
By making physical exam and good history taking and doing investigation usually radiological one, such as Xray and CT.
