Yes I have placed order in Amazon.ae for an iPhone. I have paid the total amount also. I didn't receive iphone as of now. When I contacted the customer service they didn't give any proper solution. When I checked about the order details it has been mentioned as shipment may be lost. And there is no other details mentioned. There is no option to cancel the order. Only option has given is to call or email customer service. I have contacted several times the customer service they said we will check and they put the call on hold for for more than 20 mins and line become silent then there is no update from the other end of customer service
