Good afternoon Sir. Sir, I have been working since 2016 till date no leave and leave allowances, no gratitude paid, no flight ticket money given and I paid 3000dirhams for visa charges during my first contract 2016/2018. Same thing is happening with th new contract 2018/2020 that will finish on the August 13th/2020. No leave and no leave allowances, 3months salaries pending and my safety is no guarantee in my company. I told my employer on the 20/3/2020 that I will be going to my country on the 31/05/2020. And I said ok. But I was told by That same employer to stop working today 25/4/2020. So want to know the veriouse steps to take to fire a complain.

1-    If the employer violates his obligations before the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.

2-    If the employer or his legal representative signs an assault on the worker.
