I have credit card with Dunia that I was not able...

I have credit card with Dunia that I was not able to pay for almost 2 years now. My salary got reduced from 8k to 6k and I have loan from other bank with monthly EMI of almost 3,700dhs. The Dunia colection agent I am in contact before understand that I will not be able to pay even the minimum but since I am eager to resolve the issue, he agreed that I can pay 100dhs monthly. When the agent resigned from Dunia, another agent contacted me and forcely told me to finish my dues and he does not care what kind of arrangement I had with the previous agent. He also started sending emails to different people in my work. He did not even asked me for any company certificate or salary certificate. Worst thing is, for the entire week, during this difficult time (COVID-19) they keep on calling, sending email to anybody telling me to pay though I have mentioned that I dont have money and we are on unpaid leave. Please advise.
