I have body pain, chest pain back pain, then check lft. Result sgpt-63.54, sgot-44.12, reactive protine 17.6
Please advise me what can i do here.

What is the normal level for above mentione laboratory results ?
The normal range of values for AST (SGOT) is about 5 to 40 units per liter of serum (the liquid part of the blood).
The normal range of values for ALT (SGPT) is about 7 to 56 units per liter of serum.
so liver function test considered within normal
but for crp it is high in which it is elvated in 4 disease
- rhamautoid artherities
- osteoarthrities or ostepetrosies
- bacterial or viral infection which ciould be exclude out as there must be high teempreture with it
- gout
for tho others disease you must do the following test to know which one
- RF
- anticcp
- ESR
- vaitmin D level
- dexan bone scan
- ct images for bone and joints
- uric acid level
- calcium pyrophosphate level
- CBC
- blood chemistery
and for treatment of osteoarthrites ?
- drofen 3 times daily
- celebrex 200 twice daily after food
- ch alpha plus one ampoule daily
- calcitron one tab daily
- biophoshonate as elondronte for ostepetrosies
and for rheumatioid artherities :
- prednisolone once daily 5mg
- proxen ds twice daily
- methotrexate
, sulfasalazine,
hydroxychloroquine,
leflunomide
Azathioprine
once daily for all of them
and if there is gout and high salts level use the following :
- allopurinol once daily
- colchicine twice daily
